The opportunity

Our business development specialists are masters at making connections quickly, identifying decision makers, overcoming objections, and closing the deal!

As a business development specialist you will:

  • Acquire new business by proactively reaching out to organizations across Canada in order to introduce HRdownloads and its suite of products;
  • Conduct sales presentations with web-based tools to business owners and C-level executives;
  • Follow a proven sales process; and
  • Achieve daily and monthly metrics and revenue goals.

About you

You are a sales professional who:

  • Is ambitious, confident, competitive, and coachable.
  • Has the ability and desire to influence others.
  • Can tackle objections with ease and close the deal!
  • Has been successful in the service industry, retail sales, or a similar inside sales environment – B2B? Even better!
  • Is passionate about sales and driving new client acquisitions.
  • Has a record of exceeding targets.
  • Excels at making connections with business owners and C-level executives.
  • Has a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or demonstrated success in sales.
