Primary Responsibilities

Call Takers are responsible for providing a high degree of customer service while coordinating bookings. They identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts with open availability
  • Must be available for full-time days training moving to part-time afternoon availability
  • 16-24 hours/week
  • Excellent, strong, proven customer service experience
  • Clean Criminal Record Search
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Time and Stress Management skills
  • Good organization and communications skills
  • Computer Software experience in MS Office
  • Geographic knowledge of London preferred
  • Understanding of transportation industry an asset
  • Ability to manage a variety of inbound call types
  • Previous experience in a taxi/cab company an asset
